FAQs & FEES

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

1. How is Spiritual Guidance and Coaching Different from Therapy?

Unlike therapy, which often focuses on relieving symptoms or exploring psychological patterns, spiritual guidance and coaching focus on nurturing your spiritual journey and supporting growth, clarity, and alignment. It is future-oriented, emphasising transformation, purpose, and your relationship with yourself and Spirit rather than addressing psychological difficulties.

2. Are there any areas outside your scope of guidance?

I focus on non-medical topics, so for any medical or pregnancy-related questions, it is best to consult your relevant healthcare professional.

I also do not offer financial guidance; for financial matters, a qualified financial adviser can provide tailored support.

3. What is the difference between Pellowah and Reiki?

Both Reiki and Pellowah are forms of energy healing, but they work in different ways. Reiki is often described as “earthy” and physical, while Pellowah is lighter and vibrates at a higher energetic frequency.

Pellowah is less about physical sensations and more about subtle energetic shifts. Some people may not “feel” much during a session, but that does not mean the healing isn’t working. The effectiveness of Pellowah lies in the lasting inner changes it creates, often supporting those who may not have found what they need in other healing approaches.

Unlike Reiki, Pellowah practitioners do not interpret or comment on your experience afterwards. This ensures that your healing process is free from outside influence.

4. Can you provide emergency or crisis support?

No. Please note that Erhare-Ovwra is not a crisis service, and we cannot provide emergency support. If you require urgent support, please contact your GP for an emergency appointment, call 111 option 2 for advice on mental health support, dial 999 if you are in immediate danger, or visit A&E

5. Do you accept health-insurance-funded clients as well as self-funding?

I mainly work with self-funding clients, but in some cases, I can accept insurance-funded sessions. If you’d like to explore this option, please get in touch so we can discuss what works best for you.

6. Where/how do sessions take place?

In-person sessions are held in Ruthin, North Wales.
Remote sessions can be accessed from the comfort of your own home via Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or through distance healing if you’re engaging in energy work remotely.

It is key that you attend sessions so that you have the greatest opportunity of achieving your goals. In the event of cancelling a session,

● Cancellation at least 48 hours before the appointment: free.

● Cancellation within 48 hours leading to the appointment: the full fee of the booked session will be charged unless the therapist cancels.

● No-show (more than 15 minutes delay) or late arrivals (less than 15 minutes delay): the full fee of the booked session will be charged.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, and cancelling a session without rebooking may result in the therapist terminating the contractual agreement to give space to the next person on the waiting list. This may be done without prior notice.
